Jenny Douglass - Healthwatch Volunteer Liasion and Engagement Worker
Jenny works with our volunteers, she also works with our partner organisations and stakeholders to ensure that the views of patients and residents that we gather are reported to decision-makers and taken fully into account as health and social care facilities and services are developed.
Our volunteers
Our volunteers are an essential part of our team: without them, we would not be able to maintain our programme of Enter & View visits to care homes, GP surgeries and other health and social care facilities, nor carry out surveys. We do not ask volunteers to commit to any particular activity or times of availability - just to help when they can...

Our Friends Network
Members of our Friends Network receive regular email newsletters about our activities and health and social matters that may be of interest. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are circulating regular updates from local NHS organisations about how their services are dealing with the pandemic and helping the public get through it.
